OOTD: Day out in Dublin

Happy March! Spring has sprung ha, not really in Dublin though. It was actually snowing yesterday - no surprise there. It's quite a busy month for me as I have 5 weeks of placement, which involves a lot of work - did you know that getting up at 5:30 a.m is no fun?! Anyway, I f i n a l l y have an OOTD blog post for you guys. Long over due. Today, my boyfriend and I just roamed around Dublin for awhile, so I thought why not annoy him to take a ~~few~~ thousands of pictures (that are the exact same pose ha), then literally delete all of them. God love him for putting up with me ha.

Hi there! A quick blog post for you all today, and I would also like to say (before you notice) sorry for the awful quality of the pictures you're about to see. I actually didn't want to blog about this outfit, only took pictures for Instagram, and because there just isn't enough pictures to provided you guys for details - But hey, there's no harm if I blog :)

Apologies for the bad quality!

This is one of my favourite winter trench coat that I actually got years ago from Jane Norman. Does anyone know what happened to Jane Norman in Ireland? We don't have it here any more, unfortunately. I used to love that shop, but I think it's still open in the U.K? Anyway, I absolutely adore the oatmeal colour of this coat, and I love how the material isn't too thick or thin. It's perfect, providing that adequate warmth I need during the winter months. I know it's spring already and I really want to start wearing a lighter coat, but it's always so cold where I live (looking at you Irish weather). You can shop a similar coat here and here.
I am wearing the ripped Leigh jeans by Topshop. The fringed boots I'm wearing are from Zara, and you can take a closer look here. It's not on their website any more but I did my research and found similar pairs for you guys. A pair from Missguided and ASOS.

If you've been hiding under a rock and haven't noticed (or just simply don't have an IG account), this bag is everywhere on Instagram! Totally loving my CHLOÉ FAYE bag - ha ha ha, just kidding but I wish (maybe one day). Obviously, this one is a Chloé dupe. Does any one have like €900 plus to get me the real one? I'm in love with the circular hardware and chain detailing on this bag, it's so sophisticated, stylish, feminine and chic looking! It's literally everything. It's definitely something that won't go out of style. I ordered mine from YesStyle for €35, but to be honest I don't recommend ordering from them, as it took 2 months to get mine. I had to keep emailing them to ask where it was - basically, getting the bag was a nightmare. However, the bag itself is unexpectedly well made, gorgeous and spacious! Currently eyeing up the brown and black one, I love it that much.

Effortless hair style of the day. I don't even know what this is ha, it's so bad looking. My hair colour is horrible looking now, not digging that orange/copper look. Thinking of going back to a light brown colour soon! I was actually trying to copy this style (see below) but I think my hair is too thick and long for it. I need to keep trying and master the look though, it's so fab! If you didn't know, bandanas have made a comeback, and they are on trend. I've been obsessing over them for months now, I literally have every colour you can think of. Not really. But I owe about five, and I cannot wait to wear them in the summer, either as a head wear or as a ribbon around my neck - like this if you don't know what I'm on about. Personally, I love the classic paisley print bandanas but there are loads of other prints to choose from girls. I got my black one from Claire's for a fiver, and got my other bandanas in the Philippines for like €1! How crazy is that? I would suggest finding one in street markets or something like that, as high street shops tends to over priced them.

EPIC FAIL. I tried.

Summer 2016 Shoes

Hi guyssss! I know it's February now, but (belated) Happy New Year lovelies! I hope the first 2 months of the year went well for you ❤. Summer is just right around the corner *the excitement is unreal.* and I have already been stocking up on summer shoes. Is it too early? Probably. But I just can't help it; shoes are a girl's best friend. Read on to see what I've bought so far (yes I still plan to purchase more ha)
These statement sandals just scream summmeerrrr! The multiple colour, the design, and the summery vibe it gives off.. ahh!! Its all in the details as they say, and I'm loving the embellishment art work. I got these beauties from Celine in the Philippines. They do amazing and affordable shoes, and handbags. However, they only do shipping within the Philippines, but you can email them at support@cln.com.ph and ask if they can ship an item to your current location. Have a look at their website, there are tons of styles to choose from!

I can't find the exact sandals on their website, it must be out of stock. But here's a pair, also by Celine, that I am totally lusting on: Tandy Flat Sandals Can't go wrong with a bit of leopard print to stand out in the crowd!

The toe thong sandals in nude. Toe thong? I'm not actually too sure what these type of sandals are called, but I think you can call it that? Correct me if I'm wrong :) Maybe calling them toe ring sandals are better, I mean like if someone said to me; "Hey girl, have you seen the current trend? The toe thong sandals." I'd be like "sorry whut? thong?" Anyway, these €8 (yes it was that cheap) sandals are by a brand called Charcoal, also purchased in the Philippines. A very similar pair of shoes can be bought from ASOS.
If you don't like the thick sole structure of the shoes and want something a little bit fancier, take a look at the Kurt Geiger toe ring sandals with gem stones embellishment. I think they're about €80 or more, but OMG. These are actually gorgeous, loving the gold trim on them. If you're not willing to do a damage on your bank account, I've something amazing to show you.... A few months ago, I was actually eyeing a similar pair of those Kurt Geiger - by River Island for only €24.65, and it's still available from sizes 3-8 UK! I suggest ordering them now though, they wont last forever. You can order it from ASOS. Aren't they a fabulous dupe and with that amazing price? You're welcome ;) You've done well RI. I actually still want to buy these, but I must have willpower. Oh. You need to own a stylish pair of the toe ring sandals girls! Top bloggers such as, Song of Style, Sincerely Jules and Negin Mirsalehi are rocking them!

Another pair purchased from Charcoal, also €8. Loving the dainty details on these chic gold sandals, can't go wrong with simplicity! I can't seem to find a website for Charcoal, but here is their facebook page if you want to browse for inspo!
Saving the (current) best for last, and the newest baby in my collection. Can you believe I got them for €28.17 down from €72.42 - Say what?! I am so happppyyyy with that bargain! I particularly adore how the jewel and glitter embellishment doesn't look too over the top, and of course you can't go wrong with a classy 'barely there' styling. Enjoy these *sparkly* pictures, and just keep scrolling down to find out where I bought them - you will eventually ☺

Okay, so these are actually not shoes by any means but I thought I might as well show you guys what I got from ASOS but made by ALDO, and its these unusual earrings that are shaped like well.. A snowman... ☃ Like, it's literally shaped like a freaking snowman ha ha ha. I didn't realise it until I opened the package earlier today. It looks so nice on the model though, take a look at it for yourself here. Sure, I'll find a way to rock them.
